What are these types of laws?

They establish the regulatory framework for the creation, use and storage of electronic documents and electronic signatures, the registration process and the control of providers of technological storage services for documents and certification of electronic signatures in a territory. One of the critical objectives is that the documents have legal validity.

RISCCO, in Panama, in October 2020 was the first 100% Panamanian company authorized by the General Directorate of Electronic Commerce of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries to carry out audits of technological storage providers. Since then we have carried out consulting projects to validate compliance with Law 51 in Panama.
