RISCCO is your ally in technology risk management and internal auditing.

Every day there are more local and international regulations that promote corporations to manage their risks. There is growing customer interest in how organizations protect their personal information.

In parallel, companies expect internal audit departments to promote and take a more proactive role in risk management.

RISCCO emerges as an alternative to assist organizations in the face of such challenges.

RISCCO comes from the word “risco” in Portuguese, which means risk.

The four pillars on which our vision is built are: Independence, Integrity, Knowledge and Credibility. That’s why RISCCO incorporates two letters “C”.

At RISCCO, we do not express an opinion on the financial statements and we do not provide attestation services. This differentiates us in the way we work and assist our clients. This limits conflicts of interest between the needs of our clients and how and quickly we can help them.

Antonio Ayala I.

Antonio is responsible for directing services at RISCCO related to information security, risk management, and internal systems auditing.

He has more than twenty-one years of consulting experience in the areas of information security, risk management, business continuity, systems auditing, privacy and data protection, and information technology. Prior to joining RISCCO, Antonio worked as director in charge of the Risk Management Unit at Deloitte Panama, regional information security coordinator at KPMG International, and consulting manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Raul Lezcano

SENIOR ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Raul Lezcano

He is an auditor and consultant with more than 20 years of experience. He is currently an Associate Senior Manager at RISCCO, since 2016. He has participated in projects for banking, insurance, commerce, among others.

Graduated from the Technological University of Panama with a degree in Programming and Systems Analysis and a Master’s degree in Systems Auditing. He has a Postgraduate Degree in Higher Teaching from the UDI, 1 Diploma in Financial Risk Management from the UP Faculty of Economics and 1 Diploma in Personal Data Protection from the UP Law School.

Roberto Delgado C.

REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Roberto Delgado C.

Roberto is responsible for the commercial team in the region related to RISCCO services.

He has more than fifteen years of commercial experience leading sales teams in the financial sector, with consumer banking products and in the renewable energy sector. Prior to joining RISCCO, Roberto worked as Direct Channel Manager at Financiera Cash Solution, Regional Manager for South America at Peimar Latinamerica, Sales Officer at Banco General, Planning, Distribution and Sales Officer at HSBC Bank Panama.

Ruben E. Fernandez C.

REGIONAL CONSULTING MANAGER

Ruben E. Fernandez C.

Rubén is responsible for directing Consulting services at RISCCO, related to information security, technological risk management, internal auditing, “Ethical Hacking” and regulatory compliance.

He has twenty years of experience in information security, risk management and systems auditing. He has experience in the execution of “Ethical Hacking” and has participated in multiple projects on the management of the continuity of operations, compliance with regulatory frameworks and forensic expertise. Prior to joining RISCCO, Rubén worked as a Security Manager in the telecommunications sector as well as in the banking and commercial sectors.
