Organizations that handle large volumes of data and require that the documents of particular processes be digitized and have legal validity, may, as established by Law 51 of 2008 and subsequent regulations, carry out a review of compliance with the security requirements of information and cryptography required by law.
In addition, companies that provide technological storage services to organizations, in accordance with the Law, must carry out an annual audit of compliance with the Law.
